GLIMPSE Proper Image Delivery - March 2018 - 1.2" pixel images

   except the l=0.5 to 2 deg area where the coverage is b=-4.40 to +1.95 deg
   3.1 deg x 4.4 deg, 3.1 x 2.7 deg, and 3.1 x 4.5 deg images

This GLIMPSE Proper mosaic data release is comprised of 1.2" pixel mosaics
of the 2 second frametime IRAC BCD frames for l=354.8 to 360 deg and
l=0 to 5.2 deg; b=-1.95 to +1.95 deg except the l=0.5 to 2 deg area where
the coverage is b=-4.40 to +1.95 deg.
The angular sizes of the tiles are 3.1 deg x 4.4 deg,
3.1 x 2.7 deg, and 3.1 x 4.5 deg images. 
Data from SSC pipeline processing version S19.2.0 were used
in making the images. No background matching was done on these images.
GLIMPSE Proper is mostly a 3-visit "Warm Spitzer" survey.

Each mosaic fits file is from about 270 MBytes to 495 Mbytes big.
Each mosaic fits file has an associated .hdr file which contains the fits
header from the fits file and additional information about the individual
frames included in the mosaic image.  For example, the associated .hdr file
for GLMPROPER_35400+0000_mosaic_I1.fits is GLMPROPER_35400+0000_mosaic_I1.hdr.

For a quick-look of the images, we provide 3-color jpeg files (IRAC bands 1 [3.6]
blue, & 2 [4.5] green and WISE band 3 [12] um red) for each area covered by the FITS files.
These are rebinned to much lower resolution to make the files small.
Each mosaic fits file is from about 237 MBytes to 364 Mbytes. jpeg files are
up to around 1 MBytes per file.
